First off, don't go 55 when caping SoJ.

2nd, You should be able to hench to mineral springs without dying.

3rd, bring Signet of Judgement, at least you can do some damage and knockdowns while trying to cap the other Judgement elite.

Depending on what your other profession is, you can still do it without fear of death (assuming that you have some other good elite with you, if you don't use Signet of Judgement).

Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the celebration on the Island is over.

Do not 55 for that cap. Things use Shatter Enchant. Run Healer or boon/prot or boon/smite when you're with the henchies. Otherwise you have to wait 5 agonizing days + 30 minutes.

its relatively easy to cap out there with any class, but a monk has it easier than most. worst case scenario- just go /W or /R and bring a running skill as well as rebirth. if things get hairy, run off while the henchies get eaten and birth them as needed. you WILL eventually win any war of attrition against the birds b/c even with 60DP, you can keep throwing yourself (and the henchies) at them and eventually take em down ... even if its one at a time

my warrior capped every elite out there (pretty much with henchies only), and a couple of times i let a low lvl monk tag along for the cap. just take your time, let the henchies heal and regen after fights, and dont rush too many at once. youll be fine.

and as many others have said, DEFINATELY dont 55 out there- thats suicide.
